2. Our approach

We use the minimum number of cookies we can get away with while still running the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that follow you around the web.

Strictly-necessary cookies are always set, because the site cannot function without them. All other cookies are only set after you give explicit consent through the cookie banner displayed on your first visit.

3.2 Analytics cookies (optional)

These help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. They are only set if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

3.3 Payment processor cookies

Suppliers who subscribe to a paid plan are redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter their card details. Stripe sets its own cookies on its own domain during that checkout. Those cookies are governed by Stripe's own cookie settings and privacy policy. Stripe cookies only exist on the Stripe checkout page — they are not set on our site.

4. What we don't use

No Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party advertising tracker.
No cookies that follow you across other websites.
No session recording or heatmap tools.
No "dark pattern" pre-ticked consent boxes.

5. Managing your preferences

You can manage your cookie consent at any time in three ways:

Click the Manage cookies link in the site footer to reopen the cookie banner.
Clear the cf_consent cookie in your browser; the banner will reappear on your next visit.
Block cookies at browser level in your browser settings. Note that blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging in to a supplier account.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Any material change will be communicated via the cookie banner, so you can review and renew your consent. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
